Who we are

South Coast Interior Design Concierge is the trading name of Linda Stammers, a sole trader based in Poole, Dorset, providing discreet, on-the-ground interior design project support to London interior design studios and private clients across Dorset, Hampshire and the New Forest. Linda is the data controller responsible for the information you submit.

What we collect and why

When you complete the enquiry form, Linda collects the details you choose to provide so she can respond to you and assess whether she is the right fit for your project:

• Your name — to address you personally.
• Studio or company — to understand whether you are enquiring as a London design studio or a private client.
• Email address — to reply to your enquiry. If you are a studio, your address becomes the reply-to on any correspondence.
• Project location — to judge travel, site visits and feasibility across the South Coast region.
• Your message — the details of your project, scope and timings so Linda can give you a useful, considered reply.

Linda does not collect information about you from third parties, and no payment or account details are taken through this website. Enquiries are submitted voluntarily; you do not have to provide any details beyond what is needed to reply.

How your information is used

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, discuss possible project support, and arrange site visits, measuring or sampling where you ask Linda to take things further. Where you are a London studio, Linda acts as a discreet local extension of your team — your client relationship, creative direction and project ownership remain with you, and your details are treated accordingly.

Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

Where your details go

When you submit the enquiry form, your message is sent securely to Linda's personal inbox so she can read and reply to it directly. This relies on a verified email sending service operating the domain notify.southcoastdesignconcierge.com. Your email address is set as the reply-to on that message, so Linda can respond to you without either address being visible on the public website.

A short, hidden technical field is included in the form to help deter automated spam. It is never read, stored or associated with you.

Lawful basis and your rights

Linda processes your enquiry details on the lawful basis of her legitimate interest in responding to your request and exploring a possible working relationship. Because the relationship is professional, the basis of "contract" also applies once a project is agreed.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data Linda holds about you.
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask for it to be deleted, subject to any records Linda must keep for tax or business purposes.
• Object to its continued use, or restrict how it is processed.
• Receive it in a structured, portable format and have it transferred elsewhere.

How long details are kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as is needed to complete the conversation and, where a project goes ahead, to fulfil the agreed work and meet any statutory record-keeping obligations. If no project follows, details are deleted within a reasonable period — typically no more than twelve months after the last exchange.

International transfers

Your details are processed in the UK. The email sending service and inbox provider may transfer data outside the UK or EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place to protect your information to a UK-equivalent standard.

Security

Linda takes reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Access to correspondence is limited to Linda personally, and the website form is protected against automated spam and rate-limit abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but no payment card or sensitive financial details are ever requested or stored through this site.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any technical cookies used solely to make the site function are essential and do not identify you. The site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

South Coast Interior Design Concierge provides professional services to adults and businesses. The enquiry form is not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under sixteen. Linda does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your data and LinkedIn

The site links to Linda's LinkedIn profile. If you choose to connect through LinkedIn, any information you share there is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy and is not controlled by this website.
